请问如果从渥太华搬到Gatineau, 是移民，需要申请permit吗？可以在Gatineau申请公民吗？如果移民是通过联邦办的

我在网上看到“I heard though that if you wish to live and work in Quebec and you had gone through immigration outside Quebec, you then have to apply for the CSQ, which can take at least 3 weeks. Plus Quebec chooses its own immigrants with its agreement with Canada. But it's not an issue anymore if you are granted the canadian citizenship.

What is the issue with your moving to Quebec?

the last sentence you quoted answered your question "But it's not an issue anymore if you are granted the canadian citizenship"

we are not citizen yet, only immigrants.

看来英文跟你说不清了.

简单说呢,你贴的那个是魁省移民申请的要求. 不是搬家的要求. 你已经是加拿大移民了,不需要重新申请魁省移民.

也不需要再申请CSQ.搬到魁省住满3个月,就默认为魁省居民了. 如果某些地方需要你是魁省居民证明的话,只需要出个电话帐单\银行statement就可以了.

加拿大移民也有在全国范围内自由搬迁的权利.
