Group Manager IC Development
Job Description:
n Lead a team of 10 to 20 people in the field of IC Design and Verification, IC Implementation or IC Test Development Engineering
n Interface to Business groups
n Evaluate effort for IC Development projects
n Commit resources and delivery schedule for IC Development projects
n Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based on commitment
n Career and training planning of team members
n Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development process within the team
Requirements:
n Either Ph.D or Master Degree in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field
n Minimum 8 years of experience in IC development with at-least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
n Should be very conversant with IC development methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry (Synthesis, Simulation, Formal Verification, Static Timing Analysis, DFT, FE/BE interface etc.) and should be hands-on to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans.
n Ensure regular reporting, documentation and should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
n Tool skills:
? General tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc)
? EDA tool knowledge
Team Leader IC Verification
Job Description:
* Manage a team of 8 to 10 people in the field of IC
Verification
* Take technical lead for the team working in the field of
IC verification.
* Interface to business groups
* Evaluate effort for IC Development projects
* Commit delivery schedule for IC Development projects
* Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based
on comittment
* Career and training planning of team members
* Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development
process within the team
Requirements:
* Phd/Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics
Engineering or in related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IC development with
at-least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
* Strong experience in coverage driven verification (CDV)
- Specman based verification and formal verification method.
* Should be very conversant with IC development
methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry and should be
hands-on to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans.
* Ensure regular reporting, documentation and should have
excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Tool skills:
- General tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat,

* Ability to speak and write English is a must, CET 6
* Self-motivated team player and able to work with minimum
supervision.
