超速被罚200，很冤，给点建议，谢了

今天从Gatineau税务局出来，事情办的不顺，心里想着事，没曾想在从Gatineau到Ottawa的5号还是50号公路被路边一个举着摄像机还是测速仪的警察擒住，说我超速，我由于是第一次被警察叫停，所以还象国内那样走到警察的车附近给他出示我的驾照，结果他马上警告我让我回到车内，我回到车内，他过来要我驾照，我给了，要我车的什么，我没听懂，但我关于车的文件我一件也没带，他回去在她的车内查了半天，回来给我一个罚单，我看这段路是限速70，我的速度是101，我当时虽没注意速度，但我感觉根本没那么快，再说这条5好还是50号公路是个环城的准告诉路，怎么会限速70呢，真郁闷，第一次收超速罚单，（前几天收到一张违停的42，网上交的，44刀，兄弟们小心啊，违章的后果是严重的），请指教：
1，听说有不服判决上诉一说，怎么上，有帮助吗？
2，怎么知道我有没有被扣点，保险公司会涨保费吗？

永远不要跟警察争辩你的速度以及限速， 幸运的话少扣或者不扣点。

如果按超速30km/h以上，肯定是要扣点的了。

The one you did not understand, maybe the ownership. Just tell the judge you did not uderstand the police at the moment, you do have it and show it to the judge or police.
I heard the rule changed now. if the police do not show up, you still have to face the judge but not automatically win. Not sure about the translator. But translator helps you how to deal with the judge.
I don't think the ticket tells you if you got demerit point or not. You have to tell the judge that you do not want the point. Give a good reason to let them remove the points. I guess you could only say you thought it was a 100 section. But this is your first time, it is possible to get the points removed. Yes, according to the speed, you will get points if you plead guilty without showing up in the court. But after you agreed with the negotiation result, you have to plead guilty when the judge announce the result.

Someone in CFC gave a very good hint. You could "申诉", then you'll recieve a notice which indicates the date. Then before the date, you can call the court office that you like to change the date due to a good reason (for example, Swaine flu ??). Normally the court would arrange all related tickets together from the same police officer in the same day.When you request for another day, you would hardly see the police presening there. then you could win. Before I went the court for a ticket, I swore that the police would had a health problem in my mind so he couldn't show in court that day.In the court, even I couldn't realize the police were there, and I was very confident not to admit I was guilty.How silly I was. Eventhough there is no evident for both sides, indeed the court officer believe police. Instead of dreaming, we should have a good strategy if we decide to go to the court.
