book your ceremony in advance, you can get everything done in a day

city hall normally has a line up 30 min probably, get your license there

you need 2 witnesses for your ceremony, the paper work will be done at the ceremony, and normall they will send it in for you to the government.

You shall get your cert in about 4 to 6 weeks

you will need this cert for tax purpose and/or student loan
