我的房子一年前close, 我们upgrade to Energy Star , 因为没有 get Energy Star Certificate, 前几天builder做了Energy Star Test,没有通过.虽然 builder要修,但感到很郁闷.请问该怎么办? Energy Star should be tested before house closing. I don't think my lawyer will help me with it. Should I complain anywhere?
