I used your link and just clicked some options posted on this ads, It come out with USD$18,618 for retail price. Plus its the price in America, which you might expecting to increase somewhat in Canada. Plus taxes, the price LZ selling is quite low though.

The one you cited is WHITOUT Xenon headlight. Be honest with you, I dont think this one is as the poster said "in primum pkg". With my passat, I also provide you a set of 18" summer tires and rims for FREE!!! plus as the poster said, his price is THE Best price in the MARKET. So, what are you expecting??
