2 years ago, I changed middle-one by myself with son's help for 3 hours work.

This year with Friend's help and 3 hour work,
we removed (closed or covered) other 2 regular vents.

One 3 tier should be enough for 1500 sq-feet.

The 3-tier is around $120, seal $10-20, nail $10, tier $25.
