I think someone working in CRA can help you, passing the definitions of CSS (?), TA(?) to you and make your own story when you are in interview.
Good luck.

Locally Developed Test means special test from a department of CRA but not the standard test we did on October? I'm not sure of it!

What kind of test is it? Multiple choice? Short answer? or Essay?

I have no ideal!!! Please help!!!

Couldn't find the test, but found the definition

Analytical Thinking
Level 1
Reactive behaviour Recognizing fundamental elements of a situation · Facts or information available or obtained are clear
· This may involve asking questions, identifying tasks and/or issues to be addressed
· Outcome of the analysis is evident or is selected from a limited number of pre-established responses or options

Level 2
Active behaviour Clarifying the situation
· Information or facts may be incomplete, missing or contradictory and do not permit an immediate conclusion; therefore, there is more challenge to the thought process
· There is a need to gain a clearer understanding of the situation, which may involve; breaking it down into components, gathering additional information, making linkages, identifying cause and effect relationships, or determining options
· Information that has been obtained or clarified is factored into the analysis of the situation
· Outcome of the analysis is based on obtained or available information

Client Service Orientation
Level 1
Reactive behaviour Respecting client expectations · Considers the client's need/expectation
· Strives to meet the client's need/expectation
· Provides helpful information and/or assistance, which is consistent with relevant guidelines, policies and procedures

Level 2
Active behaviour Taking responsibility for meeting client expectations · Shows concern for and commitment to the client
· Ensures that the client's request/expectation is understood
· Takes the necessary steps to ensure the client's request/expectation is met by you or by a third party (if necessary)
· Works to resolve client service problems

You have to have both level 1 & level 2, so focus on both.

Thank! I wonder how they will test you. Writing easy for each skills?

There are different formats.

1. Multiple choice, ask you pick the answer that is suit for you.

2. Give you a scenario, ask you write down the steps that you would take.

3. Track record, give a your own example to demo you have the skills.

For Analytical Thinking, focus on the thinking process instead of action. How you think, why you action certain way, what's the rationale behind your action.

multiple choice, is not hard. But you must think fast. Only 30 min for both test.
