有必要申请一个静态IP地址吗？

好像我的ISP说可以免费申请一个静态IP地址请教各位DX有必要也去申请一个吗？
那玩意儿有什么好处，坏处？

如果别人要访问你的DNS，你最好需要个静态IP。比如自己host个网页，论坛,ftp什么的。一般没什么用。rogers一般是静态IP，bell一般都是动态的。

静态IP地址 means that you have a fixed IP address. But it works like dynamic IP address too. ISP normally cuts your internet connection after some time and gives your computer a new IP address. If you have 静态IP地址, your new address is same as your old one. If you have dynamic IP address, your computer may get a new IP address. Often ISP charges you extra for a 静态IP地址 monthly. Therefore, you do not need one if you do not use your computer as a server.

我用的是acanac，看到说申请静态IP地址免费，所以考虑是不是也去弄一个，反正不要钱。
好像没什么大意思。
