as long as you didn,t sign with them or even you signed still can break if it is pre-approval, just hold rate for you , means nothing else, except you have solid purchase aggreemnet, will MAKE BIG DIFFERENT. maybe you can get better rate
since my case seems not the "quick closing", should I wait till May/3rd (4 months before closing) to sign the "solid purchasing agreement"? Does everyone here have the "quick closing"?
you can hold the solid purchase agreement, send the info to the broker, tell them you are waiting for quick closing, they will hold your info till that time coming, or you couild do pre-approval with the rate, then before 30 days coming, the real approval, just maybe that toime is busy, you have to waiting longer time than usual, i talked Jennifer Xie she gave the good deal, her # is 8518807
everybody get lower variable than prime, i talked to broker, she give me the rate lower than the branch, and her service is much more better than bank. personal experience.
