Key points are professional "ethics" and a little bit of corporation law. Most questions were related to "ethics" when I sat for the exam a few years ago.

这个是专业工程师职业道德考试。
考过了你才有资格申请而已…… 并不是工程师资格考试。

part a 是ethics, part b 是law。一样的比重，各1个半小时哈。
ethics的话就是把握那些观点，然后尽情写吧。law的话就是把原来的sample question看看，每年他们只是改公司或者人物的名字，法律知识点都是一样的。所以很容易的。你把那些经典案例记牢，把其中的道理写明白了就好了。我复习的资料里有law questions answer template，那个很有用的哈。8过不晓得是不是UW的那套哈，我也是找同事复印的。
