buying a new house, you do not need an agent. just visit the sales office to pick up what you like. basically you cannot bargain for price but can ask for upgrades and modifications to what you like...

If you have an agent bringing you to the sales office, the agent will ask the sale office to give him/her some commission. you may not get some upgrades free...

Most likely this is true. If you can get money back you don't want upgrade.

Most likely this is true. If you can get money back you don't want upgrade.

隔几天就准备去Builder那儿签合同了，看起来新房就没必要这种返commison的agent。

但builder现在好像很牛，很可能什么free upgrade都不给，那是不是就应该带agent过去？
