Thanks to Sean-Mama's video. It's good for anyone who does not to want to buy the green-bin bags.

Dumping the organic stuff directly into the plastic green-bin (from city of Ottawa) is not desirable. As this would make the bin very dirty/smelly and hard to cleanup.
