邮寄东西到国内有什么最省钱的办法?

我想寄些保健品到国内,各位有什么经验是比较省钱的?通过CANADA POST邮寄停贵的。我看到有人做快递，但首磅就要$20。因为保健品挺重，还是感觉贵。而且也不是特别急着送到。有哪位有过类似经验？多谢多谢！

不急，用海运的方法最便宜，时间大概一个多月。

海运有一点要注意，寄私人物品没问题，如果是大量保健品，如果不报关，万一给查到，那就苦了。 如果是做生意，还是快递比较好，他们把海关早搞定了，不会让你付关税

I have just mailed something like you using international parcel ground service, it took 2 months, I think the cost was 20 kg for around $100. I mailed 10 bottles of fish oil and 2 bottles of vitamine, still has a lot of room. You should be able to check this through internet, or go to the postoffice, they will do an estimation for you.
