we have an one-bedroom for rent, with a small walk in closet.
water, heat, electricity, inclusive.
phone and cable will take into consideration, 'coz we've just moved here in jan.
it's a nice warm chinese family. food and board will be $300 extra.
but if only the room, it starts at $350. price may vary if other things have to be take into consideration.
oh, yeah. and one single carleton bound bj stud will be there to help u for everything u'll need. wink*wink*
