Brick or Vinyl?

I am thinking to buy new home from Urbandale. May I ask, what's the standard for siding? Should I choose vinyl?

urbandale 的标准是正面是砖, 如果不是corner lot的话, 其他三面是vinyl. 你可以选择砖和vinyl的颜色, 不过选择不多. 石头是要加钱的. bi-fold door省地方, urbandale是基本配置, 不用再花钱. swing door好看气派. 有钱有地方还是换swing door的好.

销售员是这么说的：如果要砖墙，那个水泥地址要厚些才能够在上面加砖。如果地址没加厚，以后只能是装饰性质的假砖才有可能。

解释正确,加砖墙是要加地基的.不过以后维护起来比较方便.

如果是 corner lot，临街 siding 下部已经是砖，将来这侧改为全砖岂不是很简单？
