个人认为，如果房子买好，定下过户日期之后再谈利率会拿到更好的。
我打算买房的时候和银行只谈到3.85%，等定下了房子再去谈的时候每一家都会给的更优惠一些。

目前我拿到的贷款利率是
3.6% 5年固定 BMO银行 + 500刀的公证费
3.63% 5年固定 劳伦特银行 + 600刀的公证费
可供大家参考。

Case 2:
deajardin 2年最低2.55～3年3.15（最少贷款17W5）现金返还$850，但是不对新移民，适合有工作的！
