I wouldn't tell anybody including my boss for sure, what I try to say is ottawa is high tech area, so lot of people here know the salary level in today market in ottawa, I just want to know this salary is reasonable or not. that is all.

I think it's reasonable level for Java developer.
Because everybody can pick up a java book and start writing java in 1~2 weeks. So unless you can do some design as well. 80K will be the the ceiling pay.

Java写的好不好不重要， LZ英文得好好练练。 用Word的spellcheck就能纠正不少。

好的developer每天可以创造几百行的code,差的每天可以创造的不但不是零，还是负数。因为其他developer要花更多的时间去修复那些garbage code。

写code不是你想得看本书花1-2个礼拜就能写好的。

It sounds that you didn't get it. What was meant was that you'd want to improve your English writing skill. Look more closely to your lines here in this posting and to see if there is any problem in your English.

As I said above, others could not tell if the offer ($75k) was reasonable unless you provided more information, such as your education level, years of work experience, and competence in your work.
