Does anybody knows which Chinese restaurants allow the customers bring their own liquor? THANKS
 
It is Okay to do so only in restaurents that have licences.

But you still have to pay them to bring your own (so-called "opening bottle fee').
 
扬子江可以, 有酒精的饮料, 你要去LCBO申请个牌照就行了.
