I have a friend that may have had his identity stolen, this person has been charged with a assault and my friend doesnt know what to do about it. Is there anyone that can help out or tell him who he needs to speak too about it...

Please let me know so I can pass the information on to my friend.Thanks anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not panic. The police can figure that out. It is also possible that the police is following a person who has the same name or some similar identities. Note that the police can make mistakes too. Simply tell you friend to meet the police to make sure that the police is pursuing the right person or talk to a lawyer if your friend is scared.

这不是evidence. 仅是个猜测。如何告？ID被盗，什么ID? bank card or driver license? 何损失？与那人有关？
