请教 各位几个索赔的问题
今天刚出门就被一个白妞给迎面撞了
车被拖走，警察认定对方负全责，我也给保险公司报告了，他们说
CLAIM DEPARTMENT会与我联系，可是我仍有几个问题想请教有类似经历的朋友：
我的车是全保，事故也认定了，倒是不太担心，可是我自己却受了点轻伤，‘前额撞了个包，
感觉头晕，倒医院检查，拍片后，大夫见骨头没伤，觉得没大问题，又给我解为什么释了一些
会头晕的问题，叫我先回家休息，说几日后如果
又问题再去查等等。

我想问大家，我受伤了，会给我赔偿吗？
在医院，因为我的外伤，还打了破伤风疫苗。

关于受伤赔偿的事，我如何与保险公司打交道呢？

I do just want to make sure I can get what I deserve. and make sure I am fine.
Be honest, what I realy want is NOTHING happened on me. but it happened, and not my fault, and I am hurt.

Find out every damage on your car and yourself, keep everything which can prove your right, find a lawyer, or direct claim to your insurance company.
