我LOCKED一个MORGAGE:
"Your mortgage interest rate for a 5 year fixed term at x.xx% is guaranteed for a period of 120 days from date of your application. For builder construction home, interest rate can be extended to 365 days when an “Agreement of Purchase & Sale” from the builder is provided to the Bank on or before the interest rate guarantee expiry date on July 26, 2010."


这是什么意思?
我的理解是, 这个利率应该有效到明年7月26,可是银行的解释是有效到明年的4月,因为我申请是从今年四月申请的.

问题是我的"“Agreement of Purchase & Sale”没给银行,本来想今天送,可是银行来了个如此解释.
所以想听大家对这句话的理解.
也想让大家仔细看自己的文件,免得犯同样失误.

Your current rate guarantee expiry date is July 26, 2010.
If you don't provide your sales and purchase agreement (builder construction home) before July 26, 2010, the bank may not extend your rate guarantee to 365 days.
 
我觉得银行和挺傻是对的
如果买旧房,你的利率今年7月过期。如果买新房,而且你在今年7月之前提供买房合同的话,利率可以锁定一年(从你申请利率的那天算起)。
