急问：请问DND怎么样啊？Security clearance 好不好通过？

请教一个DND(department of national defence) 工作的问题：不知道这个部门和别的政府部门相比如何？ 如果拿DND和别的部门同等级同工资的工作比，哪个更好些呢？

另外enhanced reliable 的security clearance 好不好过？ 需要在加拿大待几年阿？

Very easy.

As long as you have already got a non-criminal record certificate from China for the period before you immigrated here.

Enhanced reliability is the lowest security clearance level in the Fed. And DND is a very good department to start with.

Both are good jobs. DND pays better and is in Ottawa, while loblaw is in Brampton. She is leaning to DND, but feel bad about losing loblaw, which she tried very hard to get in.

I had to say, once you have gov. job, you have no where to go except gov. For kids growng here, I would recommed to try private sector first, there is no difficulty for them to be back to government sector, and they could learn a lot from private sector. Anyway, it's the kid's decision, they need to think about what they want to be in the future.
