USA cruises from NYC

We plan to take one cruise from New York city to Carrabian in July. Has any one taken a cruise from New York city to Carrabian? Can you share any comments? Thank you very mcuh.

There are 2 cruise terminals in NYC, the Manhattan and the Brooklyn, though most cruises depart from the Manhattan terminal.

As for the benefit, for one it's within driving distance to Ottawa, about 9 hrs., that can be a substantial saving over airfare. Also NYC is always a nice city to visit before or after a cruise trip..

And reason #3: you can bring more tax-exempt stuff home by car (TV, tires, etc)..
