MPAC来我家查房了

其实MPAC agent知道我的户型，builder，所有的upgrade，当然了中央空调我是跟老外的团购走的，所以我跟他说我不是通过builder买的。
Brookside的朋友们如果property tax没变的话一定是我的功劳，如果变了的话，别怪我

Hope the dust has settled for your new house. Did you resolve all the leaking issues with builder?

Well, I missed my original 30 days schedule with builder(I lost track of time after I got back from China) It has been rescheduled to June.

On the other hand they did a horrible job to fix the leaking mess. I can see a clear straight line at the kitchen ceiling. That will goes to my 30 days appeal with Tarion.

I bought the house from Claridge in Brookside, Kanata. There are many problems found on 30-day inspection. Is your builder Claridge too?

Sorry to hear that. Our 30 day is tomorrow, got John to do the inspection, he said the quality was surprisingly good (we bought with Monarch). So fingers crossed. Richcraft is on his black list along with Tamarack, Phoenix and a couple others.

BTW, not sure if you are still looking for paintings, saw on costco.ca, most paintings are $30-40 off now.

Those outstanding items are still under warranty and It's better that I get them to fix the mess unless I am 100% certain that I don't want their warranty anymore. I have a plan/idea to remodel my kitchen once I save enough money in the next 2 or 3 years. As a result of that I cut out a big trunk of my cabinet for my new range hood.

my to do list in the next couple years.
deck,patio,fence,eavestrough,remodel basement, remodel kitchen, and repaint the house.
