本人现在怀孕34周,以前一直都没什莫胃口,不爱吃东西。但是上周开始就感觉特别饿,即使饭后,大约20分-1小时后,就感觉很饿,很饿。老感觉吃不饱,每天充满饥饿感,但是不敢多吃,因为本人血糖稍微有点高,是不是已经得了糖尿病,自己不知道哪?非常担心,在这儿请教一下有经验的妈妈,这种现象正常吗?
If you are worried about your glucose level, you should eat things that are high in nutrition:whole wheat bread/pasta, nuts,brown rice,lean meat, fatty fish, legumes (i.e. beans and lentils), yogurt or cheese, etc.
Avoid refined sugar like white rice, white bread, chips, soda drinks.
