Living it simple requires discipline which means one has to be constantly alert. Questions such as:
1. Do I really need this? Or: Can I do without it? ...when you buy a piece of gadget or a bigger house, or smaller things such as a piece of clothing.
2. Do I treat everybody the same? 己所不欲 勿施於人
3. Should I tell the truth?....Telling the truth is easier than telling a lie. You don't have to make it up.

For me that kind of sums it up: avoid extravagance, treat people fairly and tell the truth. That is my concept of living simply.
