请教父母在多伦多过关事宜

我妈妈（快70岁）预计6月过来探亲，会从香港直飞多伦多，担心她出海关时与关员沟通不了，因为她不懂英语。不知道多伦多机场有没有懂中文的关员或翻译？请各位如何解决类似问题？谢谢！

Pearson should have interpreters. Just tell the airline stewardess on the airplane that she needs one. Flights from Hong Kong should have chinese speaking stewardesses. Just to be sure, before boarding ask the counter you need that service. The airline is obliged to provide that service for you.
