just don't know can you get mortgage if you buy the house in US, anyway i don't have so much cash like that, and how about property tax income tax, just like people talking about buy the new car from US, even the US dealer won't offer financing to non-us residence, so might be same as you buy house over there. i would rather to buy the cottage here than buy the house over there.
