请高手帮忙解决TFSA的问题

I guess I need to hold a seminar to show do's and dont's with TFSA. So many confusions out there.
In CRA, there is a section which process taxpayer relief requests, if you can explan why you make such a mistake, and you regret your action as soon as you realize you are violating the term and conditions and corrective action was done immediately. They usually can provide a one-time relief on your case.

I overcontributed $5,000 and was told to appeal using the IC07-1 form, which is downloadable from the following website, well, after several rounds of sometimes heated phone calls to CRA.
