Frankly, the website of the Chinese Embassy in Canada is totally a crap, if not the worst on the WWW.

他们不及时更新，过期的通知仍放在网页上。整体说，他们的网站都不如一个体商户的网站办得好。

难道他们都不上网，看不到中国其他使领馆和其他国家外交使团的网站？
