I read the letter on CFC's cover page, it's diplomatic and I can't see any thing wrong by using "one of my friends told me...", it is more accurate...

Besides, I don't think what you saw here under this topic were 'organised' by SOMEBODY...It's from the bottom of a bunch of people's hearts. No matter who they are and where they are, THEY, ComeFromChina...

问你几个问题：

1。说清楚，是你亲耳听见主持人说了“the war on IRAQ is to warn terrorist regions, like IRAN, CHINA, and NORTH KOREA”还是“one of your friends told you”？如果是前一种情况，我还需要你提供更进一步的证据，比方什么时间，什么上下文，是哪个director说的，有多少人听到（现在加拿大这么多中国人，我不信一个节目会只有一个中国人听到，所以至少要有两个以上人的签名及可调查的真实信息以确保不是同一个人的马甲）等等。因为对我来说，你如果无法提供这些内容，就是你口说无凭；如果是第二种情况，你还需要更进一步的证据，因为对你来说，one of your friends 口说无凭，然后你有义务把这个证据提交到这里和你的网站上，让大家自己判断。在我看到你提交的确实可信的证据之前，我不会有任何动作，我还会尽量阻止其他人有任何动作。在你和你的朋友证明你们不是在造谣诬蔑之前我不愿让整个华人社区冒跟着你们造谣诬蔑的风险。我这么说你明白吗？

2。提醒在世界各地的中国人注意自己的言行。我认为其他国家人有这种印象很正常。因为一些中国粪青们，甚至包括一些所谓的“学者”们就是在不停地支持着911，对美国航天飞机的坠毁幸灾乐祸……而且他们在互联网上声音很大。这很容易让人理解为支持恐怖分子。而从事恐怖活动和支持恐怖分子的国家无疑是恐怖国家，这没什么可讲。所以现在有人把中国列为恐怖国家之一倒也是给那些粪青们提个醒，别有事没事在哪儿瞎说。支持本拉登这玩艺丢人，别整天把丢人当光荣，祸国当爱国！

3。现在我感觉在加华人中有极少数人心理极端阴暗，他们不停散播各种不利于中加两国友好的谣言，煽动在加华人的民族主义情绪。同时，也有一些本地人和他们一唱一和，散播各种不利于新移民扎根的谣言。其目的是不揭自明的。这些东西在这个站上就有很多，如什么说去美半年就无法返加之类。希望大家遇事多动脑子勤思考多查资料，不要上当。

4。如果此事可以查实，本人支持大家抗议并将加入大家的队伍。

注意: 有理，有力，有节。

现在大家只注意了有力，也要注意有节。这个电台只是针对本地听众，把事情闹得太大，有小孩子的某种特徵。如果是CNN之类覆盖面较大的媒体，当然不一样。得理不饶人的结果往往适得其反，而且使自己下不来台。

关于这位的话，他完全可以解释为口误，因为他当时是在几个国家名字中间提到中国，并没有对中国进行其他具体评论。如果一定要他辞职，可能会引起其他听众的反感。另外，他是个pastor，不至於太坏。

道歉是必须的。

If you can prove what they said is wrong you can say they are

I often listen to CFRA580.

I am willing to take any responsibility for what I posted here and several organization have called me for more details. I gave them my name/number.

The background of JOHN's saying is in the discussion with one incoming call from one guy who doesn't support war on IRAQ.

JOHN argued with him, and explained why the war is needed. Then John linked name of China with other three countries + Palestine.

I don't intent doing anying breaking friendship between Canada and China. But I can't tolerate public radio director linking CHINA with terrorist region.

From the Email I got and what my friends got, CFRA admits something wrong with what was said and has an approach solving our complains.

I cherish friendship between Canada and China, Because I lived in this country, I love both China and Canada. And I strongly support the attitude Canadian governemnt made towards the war.

To complain verbal insult is also helping us living in this country.

As I said in my previous post, public apology on the radio should be enough for ending this issue.

Again, express your thoughts and NOT overact! Let's see what apology JOHN will make tonight.

--Where does this come from??? John is not the prime minister of Canada, he's not a member of the parliment, and he's not even a managing director of the CFRA News Station.

"A person is considered innocent unless proven guilty beyond the shadow of a doubt!"

--Inappropriate use of the expression. Sounded like China is actually hiding something. It is nonsense, a laughing stock, not a case, therefore does not need any proof.

--Clear exaggeration.

"This is sloppy journalism"

--It was a talk show, not an editorial, and it is merely one man's view.

And I am very surprised that some people are still questioning the truth after the radio station has admitted it. The radio station has the courage to face their MISTAKE, but some people have no courage to addmit the TRUTH.

The point is why CHINA? Why not other countries?

It's the TIME to THINK!!!

Because Chinese always are silent. Don't express their rage and do not exercise their legal rights. so other people don't care what chinese feel.
If other people have prejudise on Chinese, it is our reponsiblity to have them see us in the right way.
