可能会对一些人不适用(不如我家领导), 如果你对数字敏感,而且喜欢准备好功课去和BUILDER谈,可能是个好方法.

There is a problem about the pricing offered by Phoenix: comparing the one we got with the others with the same model, some items have huge different prices, like 40~60% differences. I am asking them to explain why. And it raised a concern that if there is a possibility that the items unique for us have correct prices or not.

Anyone would like to share the price lists with me can send me a QQH and leave your email address there. I would send my price list to you and you send your price list to me. So we can check with each other.

Please give advice for:
1. neccessary or not;
2. easy to be done later or not; if yes, what kind of "rough-in"/"pre-wire" should be done by builder;
3. price good or not (would be better to advise how much it would be when done by a contractor later).

Below are the price of some upgrades.
1. upgrade main entrance door to Masonite HD Steel Door: $575 to $750. ****you want your own taste, do it later, maybe more price, but style and material you can choose, Masonite is not the top line**
2. upgrade sidelights of main entrance door to Masonite HD Steel Door: $750.***same reasons above****
3. upgrade transom with element style glass (where above main entrance door): $1400 to $1900***too much, can do it later**
4.insulate garage door: R-12: $560; R-16: $700**yes**
5.add windows on the top panel of garage door: $ 540 (can I change the top panel later? how much?)**yes**
6.upgrade garage ceiling insulation from R28 to R40: $375**yes**
7. humidifier: $850**not real need**
8. ventilation / Heat recovery: $2700**yes**
9. smooth ceilings $3200**no**
10.paint color throught out: $2400**no**
