父母探亲签证被拒

父母探亲签证被拒，说有移民倾向。着急死了！有此类经历的朋友吗？现在还有没有办法补救？应该如何补救？在线等。感激不尽。

有啊，就是你的资料没有准备好， 没有办法补救，要再申请。我爸申请了3次才下来的。那个最后一次还是找中介公司帮忙准备资料的。

再申请了,无他就是手续费. 邀请信中英文写在1页,废话不要太多.

邀请目的: 毕业典礼,生小孩,过春节,过中秋,过生日等等, 什么看风景,呼吸新鲜空气的可写可不写. 生小孩的不要写来带孩子,写来分享出生的喜悦.

they will give your parents a letter explaining the reason. find out the major issue and provide more supporting docs to fix the problem next time. did your parents apply from Beijing? I think it's not easy to get a visa now comparing to previous years. I heard there were 2 out of 10 people being rejected on the day my parents applied. One of them was reject with the same reason as yours. In their case, it seems that the sponsor doesn't have enough finical support, but their parents are very rich.

never use 生小孩 as a reason, easy to be rejected (不要写来带孩子,写来分享出生的喜悦, but still dangerous). Since the next 6 months will be very cold, the good reason would be 春节 and Christmas.

除了中英文的邀请信，你们还可以给签证官写一封解释信，说明你的父母在国内的生活很安定，他们有退休金，有医疗保险，有很多亲戚朋友，他们只习惯看中文的电影电视等等。。。；来加拿大只是看望你们和旅游（简单起见就干脆不要提生宝宝的事情），会按时回国。。。。
还有父母在国内的退休证，房产证，户口，健康卡之类的，全都准备好复印件和翻译件

去年我生宝宝之前办父母过来，也是拒签了
后来材料准备充分再申请了一次，就成功了

另外，去签证中心（北京，上海，广州都有）办理，一人多交250人民币，很快就能收到结果

这点我是很赞同，我看过很多、很多、很多网上都说不要说生孩子的事，但我写后成功了。我认为关键是不能让移民官认为你来带孩子。

另外建议，写来住的时间在2到3个月之间。一个人的话资金1万，两个人资金写13000到15000。

可能情况因人而异。我的教训是第1次申请被拒了，当时写什么来玩这那的废话一堆，就是因为看了网上说千万不要提生孩子的事。

*最起决定因素的是你提供稳定工作、收入的证明。

签证被拒，往往都是功课做得不足，体现在材料准备不齐全、邀请信写得不到位／不得体、来访理由不妥（例如过来照顾月子、照看孩子）、表格填写不专业。

This is a very good template.

If you don't want to write a separate letter like the above to a visa officer, you could include the above content in the invitation letter. Of course just reword it and mix the information well into the invitation letter. It would serve the same purpose: introduce yourself and ensure the officer of your obligations.
