TXT MSG: Short code program, $2/each.

从来没有订过这些 TXT。 刚查了账单, 上个月多收 $20 (+TAX), 这个月多收 $26。

联系 BELL, 这是BELL 的回答:

Thank you for using Bell Mobility's Internet Client Care service.

I wish to clarify that short code programs are text messages sent to a
short code (a 5 to 9 digit number), just like a phone number. Short
code programs are third party provider services which can only be
subscribed
to via direct user intervention. Short code program billing
cannot be initiated by Bell Mobility or one of its employees in any way.
These text messages and their associated charges are billed by those
third party providers directly to your Bell Mobility account. These may
cost up to $5.00 per message.

Many companies advertise short code numbers to interact with their
clients (i.e.: sports scores or weather updates, chatting, text voting,
contests, etc.).

If you would like to stop receiving these short code program text
messages, you must send a text message to the appropriate short code
with the word "STOP" (reply to one of these messages if one is in your
inbox). You should then receive a text message informing you that your
mobile number is no longer subscribed to that service.

Pricing is subject to change as described in paragraph 3 of your service
agreement terms and conditions available at the following URL address:

I would like to thank you, Guoyu Wu, for using our website and for
choosing Bell Mobility as your wireless communications provider. I hope
to have addressed your inquiry and welcome your response if you require
further clarification.

Additional information can be found at www.bell.ca and we can be
contacted again at www.bell.ca/contactus.

Kind regards,

经常听到bell乱收费的问题,多收你20块还算小事,有个朋友多收了800多,反正每次听到这种事情都是和bell有关系的

It is likely that you are a victim of premium texting - it is subscribed though activities on your cell phone, such as IQ test. The cell phone carriers don't usually screen these text messages, as they said in their response, it is the consumer's choice therefore you won't get your money back. According to the following link, to cancel the premium texting, the customer has to reply with the keyword STOP. Make sure you get the cancellation done ASAP.

You should do immdiately as Bell said sending back a text message with the word "STOP". Next time, don't give out your cellulaire to anyone you don't know on the Internet .
