请大家推荐利率好的Mortage银行

村民们好，刚在六月底买了一套房子，现在不知道哪家银行的利率比较好？请买房的广大村民们帮忙推荐几个银行（有详细的联系人名单更佳）非常感谢。。。。

同问，要买新房，现有房子MORTGAGE剩不到１０％，想首付一比，RE－FINANCING 一笔，MORTGAGE一笔，，，ING听说不错，比银行要低吗？

我也不知道哪里的好，前几天去丰业银行问一下，打算在那里办MRTGAGE算了。在网上看和TD的差不多的利息

she is broker, deal with all the banks.mine is CIBC first line, before that she told me all others bank like TD and Scotia etc..'s rate, even some lenders i don't know before like ING, dejarine, very nice lady, one stop shopping. good service, good follow up, tell me what stage i am in. thank her a lot
