做生意，纸上谈兵的话，绝大多数情况下都是赚钱。

425 + 225 + 200 (property tax) + 200(水电费) = $1050
you make 1200 - 1050 = $150 per month

If you deposit your 70k into bank for 5% annually, you make approx. $300 per month.

I would suggest you try to make 10% return in stock market instead.

In the world of investing: the most expensive adivce is FREE advice; the riskest thing is getting into the area you don't understand.

Before anything, you should ask youself: what do you want? what can you do about the peoperty you are looking at? 1-2% return? forget it!! I want 30%, 50% or 100%!

In the first 30 sec, you should know: this is not a good deal! The seller is not co-opeartive, the condo fee is out of your control, you can't do almost nothing about this property (condo) ..., flip it? are we in that kind of market?

What you should do? keep looking for different properties ... talk to different investors ... learn it yourself.

房子没毛病，房租属实的话，就赚大发了。

不过17万的房子可以租到1200/月，真的蛮让人心动的。你看清楚那个房客的租约到什么时候？是不是卖主的亲戚之类的？签个十年合同之后不给房租你真没办法。

真想买房出租还是买大陆的比较划算，什么费用都是房客出，你就净收（连税都不用你交）。
表面看回报率很低，七除八扣，不会比加拿大的低。
