可以打电话咨询为什么这么长时间没有收到，然后说东西有急用之类的。

我经常在淘宝买东西。急的话用EMS，两周内肯定到（你得把休息日除去，还有AGENT运到邮局再到海关的时间也得考虑在内）。只遇到过一次收税，还好不高。UPS/DHL很大机会被收税的，从来不用。不急的话用海运，一个半月能到，很省钱。

谢谢，我的包裹已经在9月9号早上收到了，总共10天。

包裹上还粘了包裹曾经退回sender的纸条，说是地址不全，这中间折腾了4天（卖家8月26号给我第一个单号，然后8月31号又换了一个单号，说是地址的问题）

the safest way is to ask your family/friends to help you. You can buy your stuff on Taobao (you need to open an account and let them to transfer RMB to your account if you can not pay directly from CA) and ask seller to ship to your family's/friends' home. And then you need to find a shipping agent on Taobao, ask your family/friends to contact the agent directly. Normally the agent can pick up package directly. Your family or firends can pay cash if they want, or you can pay the agent through Zhifubao. I got lots of package by this way (normally by sea, much cheaper than by EMS and little chance to be taxed). You have to chose a good agent with many stars or crowns. And you have to figure out how to pay your family or friends (I did it by west union). Don't forget to thank them as they really do your a favour (it's time consuming to receiving your stuff, checking quality, contacting shipping agent and packaging).

By this way you can enjoy shopping on Taobao.

不过现在EMS只有5折了，从北京走。你要是不是从北京发货，得快递过去。

要是用海运的话，用不用代理都差不了太多。我自己去邮局走过海运，20公斤左右大概500人民币，代理的话18KG大概400多人民币。所以要是不在北京、上海等大城市，走海运的话自己到邮局去弄就好了。
