看到CIK在报纸上大大的广告,高速上网便宜又没有下载限制,就决定试试. 图便宜卖了CIK的网络,合约一年的那种,可是网络质量变的异常的差,网速才0.9 – 1.3兆.签的网速是7兆...打开网页要2分钟。

1.CIK高速的网络通过Bell来传输高速网络信号。 Bell 网速是 6兆http://www.bell.ca/shopping/PrsShpInt_Access.page,CIK 怎能 提供7兆高速网络 - 大骗子!

2.如果在网络开通以后,顾客想要取消,虽然它不工作,CIK将收取1
月费 -大骗子。为什么要让我交这些钱,这样合理吗?

3.CIK 高速网络不工作,技术人员上门修理,我要付$25 -大骗子!
4. 收取$50的modem的押金, $24 折旧费,$20 处理费。支付$25 Dry DSL 网络 如果你没有Bell 电话。支付$25转Dry DSL 到正常DSL 网络 (有Bell电话) -大骗子!

5.网络慢的像蜗牛,刷钱快的如闪电,退钱退得遥无期的CIK! 大骗子

CIK, 到底是什么公司,什么服务,简直就是骗钱的垃圾!!!
提醒正准备用或者是想用他们公司服务的朋友,赶快打消念头, 别到时候花钱买气受!!!
 
哈哈,我也是他的用户,交了一年的钱,开通后,我的dsl一直不好使,打了无数次电话,最后我都想打911报警,以为他们收了钱,不办事,最后问题发生在bell安装时没装dsl,过了一个星期,bell来人修好了,也没收费,当初还想在cfc上发帖表扬他们一下,我当时给他们打电话态度极其不好,以为受骗了,他们还是耐心的给我解答,虽说解决过程慢了点,中间有一段网络是很差,现在好多了,我当初测试网速是4-5M 下载,上传600k。
 
CIK只是个中间商,从BELL租了线,再租给各户,也是一个穷人,你同它打架,也是同一个穷鬼打架,她什么都没有,只有一身力气同你战斗,你只能生气。其它公司如Acanac也一样。要想舒心,多花钱找好公司如BELL,什么都是它的。
 
本来也想过CIK,看过大家的经历后,不敢了。还是BELL吧。虽然贵点,但服务规范,24小时有人。
 
bell口碑更差

周围很多朋友劝千万别用bell。当地西人也不愿跟bell打交道。听说bell服务更差。
 
I agree...I'm a CIK user too. Its network is so so, really depends on area (if your area is closer to the signal tower, then it's better, the further the worse of course.) Their customer service is ok, most of the problems I had with them was at the beginning setup. It's all Bell's fault. The worst part is...you call CIK, they book a Bell technician, but often the Bell technician will stood you up. I had experience once, book an appoint for Sunday, waited all day, no one showed. The following Tuesday came home after work, got a notice on my door saying they came and no one was home. I was like....wdf....so I'd say CIK is OK, though their service with Bell should be improved....but Bell is way too overpriced for what they are offering....so is Rogers, and don't even mention Primus...worst nightmare I had ever.
 
yes, usually the problems happen at the begining of setup.

i ordered twice service of bell through my ISP: teksavvy

it worked fine.

teksavvy is well known for its service, however, I have only a few experience. I read more positive feedbacks on the review forum of dslreports.com

Can Dry DSL work with Bell home phone?

I used the CIK dry loop internet before. Before I switched to Bell phone, CIK told me that Dry loop internet can work with the Bell phone. But when I switched CIK ip phone to Bell, dry loop internet would not work anymore. CIK said that Bell cut the internet line and bell need install the second line. Let me talk to Bell, but Bell said that they did not cut anything. My question is as following,

1) Who take responsibility for my internet? Who will take to Bell?
2) Does Dry loop internet work with Bell home phone?


The following is CIK replying to my e-mail. ( I am not a technical guy and the replying e-mail did not make sense)

Dear Zhao:

Your first sentense proved this: bell cut the line to install their phone line.
My modem was connected to a phone jack of a room upstairs. After I use Bell phone, it was not work anymore.

Remember one thing: we have 20,000 DSL customers and have all different situation, DRY DSL and bell phone line can both exist to the same address. just need two seperation lines, if I'm wrong, I would not spend much time to discuss with you. The reason we rejected is due to it is not our fault so we refused it.

There is only one thing we can confirm with you: Regular Bell phone and Dry DSL can both exist at the same location, we have many customers have this. You might consult with any other companies or expert.

Your situation is very simple.

我同搂主的经历一样,我家老公就是贪便宜办了这个公司的一年和约,结果以开始就老是断网,老公天天给她们打电话也没有人来解决,真是惹了一肚子气。我们实在受不了了,要求解约,他们也说要收一个月的费用,我们都还用了不到一个星期,我家因为这件事和老公吵了好几天,结果我大关算了一下,不到一个星期我家就让他们骗了100多块钱。现在说可以把交的年费退给我们,可还遥遥无期那。我也劝大家不要贪小便宜,还是用大公司的好。像CIK这样的网速,我都想砸电脑了。大家不要再上当了。

我给CIK说句好话.
我用CIK DRY LOOP INTERNET AND PHONE, INTERNET IS ALWAYS OK, BUT PHONE QUALITY WAS REALLY BAD, AFTER I CALLED THEM TONS OF TIME, EVENTUALY THEY FOUND OUT IT MIGHT BE MY WIRELESS PHONE, MY BASE PHONE WAS IN BASEMENT, I used other phones upstairs, the signal is weak, after I moved the base to ground, everything is great now, I paid CIK monthly before, and I was about to leave CIK, just because BELL can't keep my phone number, and I decided to give CIK last chance for the business. now I changed to pay CIK yearly, they give me 500minutes long distance for free.

my internet download is around 4M, upload is around 500k, I watch TV on pplive.com regularly, and there's no problem at all.

comparing CIK and BELL, I got unlimited download, and cheaper price, I am very happy now, I wish others enjoy CIK service as well, just be patient to explain problems to CIK technician, some of them might not have the knowledge to fix your problem, just keep calling, and problem will be resolved eventually. I know a few families using CIS too, they are also OK with CIK service.

也是贪便宜,无流量限制,昨天刚装的,今天看速度还好。

Setup的过程也是气死人,来个Bell的,就把楼道里的箱子里的线接到我apartment里来,他说任务就完成了。我冲着一堆modem, VOIP voice terminal,router,发呆,俺不懂这个的呀!还以为CIA会来个什么technician搞定这些的呢。打电话过去,才清楚地告诉我是没人来装的,那做sales的时候怎么不说清楚呢?我抱怨一通,他说在电话里walk me through to set up。因为是用skype打的电话,老断,就碰到若干technician。 当中一个technician 态度不好,被我指责,打电话就更难了,响很久没人接,有人接了还让我等着,啊,累得我。

为了搞定我的网络,发挥百折不挠的精神,一直打进去。每次打进去又是不同人接,碰到一个女的,一个大概中东地区的口音,三个本地人,感觉把他们technician都打过一轮了。那个中东口音的态度最好。 昨天从9am搞到4pm,最后是router,他们也不管,又找到router的供应商咨询,台湾还是香港口音的,态度也不怎么好,我问换网络名字,加密码,他一再说名字就是名字吗,符号而已。我回他有自己的名字更有特色,为什么每个人要有自己的名字。他才告诉我。

最后全部搞定,网上一查CIA,也就是3web的账单,呵,已经扣了我的费了,也不知啥时候扣的,要是我没装起来,他也可以这样收费吗?搞不懂。

千万别让BELL的人进入你的房间,为你安装modem, router, voip等,$120/小时,他们一般技术不高,慢慢搞它3-5个小时,你想付钱吗?
