询问一个申请daycare subsidy的问题

我儿子在ottawa出生，但我们夫妻不是移民，我想让儿子去daycare，是否可以申请subsidy？

It seems that all memebers of the family has to be either citizens or immigrants. But it won't hurt to ask.

谢谢楼上的信息，我问了我们这种情况是不能申请的，只能作罢，继续在家看孩子了。

如果你已经开始申请移民，也是可以拿的。
