they cancel the service after one yer since they were not very happy with the service. they never got any problem after that.

我没有想到还有人为这个公司说好话，如果你觉得它很好那么 GO AHEAD AND USE THEIR SERVICE。

我已经在别的网上获得了很有效果的法律帮助和建议，发到这里就是给大家提个醒，因为MY CASE就发生在OTTAWA，虽然它们公司的恶劣行为已经遍布全加拿大。

网上有很多用过他们的加拿大人都COMPLAINT，一旦终止合同，他们就会首先多跟你要一年的合约钱，然后就会自动把你的信息发到他们的电话系统，不停的打电话骚扰你， 这些人的COMPLAINT写得都很不错，都是教育水平高的人，不信你自己看看，

尽管社会上各种耍诬赖的人都有,

但是X人中这样的比例比较高. 各种手法都有, 比如在商店买两件东西后,在退款承诺期内拿两件"同样的"商品来退款, 店员一般没能力识别, 一般出于维护商家信誉和承诺都退款,老板后来检查发现退回来的"同样的东西"是旧的而且坏了不能使用了.就是说他自己来商家买和"用坏的东西"一样的东西, 然后用坏的去退钱.

一般上门推销的要坚决谢绝. 最多不超过两句话, 客气一点说:"Sorry I already had somebody do it (or bought it), bla bla"

不客气一点可以说:"I am busy, I don't need it" 关门了事.

除了认识的邻居/朋友做慈善的推销还可以考虑.

如果我没兴趣的服务，就一个词2个字母：No 然后直接关门
不过我用过上门销售服务，Green Master 和 Driveway Care， 还可以， 基本都是学生暑假工来干的

是个老贴呀，不过楼主从大学开始在加十来年了，写英文信第一句话就错了。题外话啦。

刚刚根据大家教我的方法写了个COMPLAINT LETTER给他们，
贴上来给大家看看，
To whom may concern,

I am the residency in 。。。。。。。。. Our family and I have never ordered the service from Weed Man. I have never signed any contract or agreement with Weed Man. However I kept receiving the bill from Weed Man Ottawa.

According to Ministry Of Consumer Services Ontario Canada Consumer Protection Act, 2002 - Companies do not have the right to charge residency for goods that residency didn't request. There has to be a detailed offical agreement for any service that charge more than $50.

I claim you to remove my name and address from your billing list, and write me an offical email and letter to certify that the bill I have received from you was a mistake, I don't owe any service fee from Weed Man. The Balance under 。。。。。。。。。。 is zero.

I already sent a complaint to Best Business Bureau Ottawa on 2010-10-17. They have forward my case to Weed Man Ottawa on 2010-10-18. If I don't receive any apologize letter from Weed Man Ottawa in two weeks. I will send my complain case to Ministry Of Consumer Services. As well, I will write letters to city counciller Ottawa to notice them what Weed Man and his own collection agency have done to the community in recent years.

Please don't try to ask me just pay half amount of money on the bill you sent. I will guarantee that I am not paying one cent to Weed Man or his collection agency.

If you want to send my name and address to your own collection agency. Then do it. You don't have the proof that we had an agreement with each other, so does your collection agency. If your collection agency send my case to Credit bureau. The credit bureau has to be able to prove every item on my report or the item must be removed. If they can't verify the item, they will expunge it in four weeks. My credit will still be perfect.

However if I do see any of bill related to Weed man or his collection agency in the future. I will send my case to small claim court Ottawa.

I claim that you remove my name and address from your billing list and data base right now, and write me an email and apologize letter to certify that your bill was a mistake. If I don't receive any offical letter or email in two weeks from today, I will start to do the things as above.

我们家去年请他们弄野草了。觉得尚可。草地看起来的确是比邻居家的好点。今年开春他们电话来过，我们没有定服务，准备自己弄。没有账单，没有麻烦。。。
