什么牌子的WINTER TIRE比较好？

新手第一次买WINTER TIRE，看了一圈，太多牌子了，也不知道买哪个牌子的好。请高手指点一下。价位不是特别重要，关键是要性能高，安全的WINTER TIRE。

还有，RIM 也有WINTER 专用的RIM吗？

去哪里买WINTER TIRE比较好？CANADIAN TIRE/COSTCO/DEALER STORE?
