网上定机票Itinerary丢了怎么办？

我在AIR CANADA网上定了回国的票，从VANCOUVER 转机，ITINERY发到EMAIL里了，可不小心删掉了。发EMAIL给AIR CANADA，回复说要TICKET NUMBER，可TICKET NUMBER 在被删除的ITINERY 里，我不记得，请问这种情况怎么办？ 多谢

这些东西以后都要打印出来留个硬件，还有旅行出发前，护照，签证，机票行程都留个复印件作后备。

You don't really need that piece of paper if you remeber the take off date and time. Just show up at the check in counter and give the agent your passport, they will find your itinerary from their system and print the boarding pass(es).

Absolutely right. As long as you remember departure date and time, then only passport and PR card are enough
Please re-log in Air Canada Website, I think a soft copy is saved there as well
