facial: in major shopping malls there are beauty salons which offer facials too. Also in major hotels with spas, such as Brookstreet hotel, etc...
Asian brand skincare: You can get them in Vancouver or Tonronto, very little in Ottawa, but you can buy from online (need to pay duties and taxes if imported), just search for it.
Recommendation: Try some France made skin care, I like some brand and found them in Holt Renfrew. I don't want to tell you which as it's personal and works different on everyone. You have to try yourself, HR people sometimes can give you free samples and they are very nice.
