If you do not like it after online shopping, you just need to bring it back to local store within reasonable days like 14 days. They should give you refund. In this case you need to pay to hire local van driver to help you.
For the TV shipped to you, it may have $50+ special shipping handling fee. If you hire someone to take it back after you line up at store, you still need to pay. Not sure if Futureshop can waive this $50 fee or not this year, check their web site.
