If you do not like it after online shopping, you just need to bring it back to local store within reasonable days like 14 days. They should give you refund. In this case you need to pay to hire local van driver to help you.

For the TV shipped to you, it may have $50+ special shipping handling fee. If you hire someone to take it back after you line up at store, you still need to pay. Not sure if Futureshop can waive this $50 fee or not this year, check their web site.

很多年以前，早5点多去过， 冻到开门。有些好东西到我已没有了！有些价格也很不错的，10点， 11点还有！ 从此再没早去过

去年我去排队.五点去的.冷还下雨,排在100多号外.进去还是买到我想买的电视.说是只有10部.其实不止.去排队还是找个伴.一个在车里.一个站.轮着来.开门时一起进去.排在我前面的都是这样.后面我就不知道了.记得带雨衣/
