多谢您提供的信息，今天下午找这家公司来修了，那个technician人真的很好啊，叫Ramin, 很快就告诉我问题在哪要换些什么部件，现在家里终于又有暖气不用在家也穿棉袄了，呵呵。不知道象这种修理的service要不要给小费？

I think most of these furnace/AC service companies are quite similar in price (600+). The only thing that matters most is their quality of service.

If you are a handyman, it's possible to simply buy parts (from them or from Ebay depending on how cold/hot the weather is) and install by yourself, which should save half of the cost.
