手机要换新PLAN了，选来选去选不好，来这里集思广义，看看一下大家都用哪家的PLAN，哪个最好用？

那啥，哪个小公司的好呢？我就是不想再用ROGERS的，才上来问的，ROGERS太贵了

Wind mobile's $40 unlimited plan is very good value:

- unlimited texting
- unlimited data
- caller ID
- voice mail
- no activation fee
- no contract

Drawback:
- coverage area is small. You will pay roaming charges outside their coverage area. Check their coverage map, if you stay mostly inside their coverage area, it would be a good fit.
- uses AWS (1700/2100MHz), most rogers/telus/bell phones won't work there, and they do not support iphone. You would most likely need to buy a new phone. Their phone selection is limited.

PLAN是真的好
就是信号覆盖率不行
我朋友在Rideau center总是打不了电话
而且他们家的卡在galaxy上不能用

但是我要贵$10呢！
怎么才能拿到这么好的plan呢

If you are current Rogers customer and have a contract about to expire or no contract, call and cancel. You will be transfered to Customer Retention department. Then you can ask them what they have to offer...

就是说在网上没有显示这个计划？如果是Rogers的用户，TV和Internet，但不是手机用户，是否可以申请这个计划？
