请教:从安省搬到魁省,健康卡怎么转?

RT，有具体的branch可以直接去转吗？ 去saaq问，给了个电话，打过去是法语，然后说english 按2， 按了2，结果还是法语，很郁闷的说

Sorry...it is name is CLSC.http://wpp01.msss.gouv.qc.ca/appl/m02/M02ListeInstall.asp?cdRss=07&CodeTri=Munic&Install=Municlook at GATINEAU....select the closest one, take a photo, go there and show ID, and Q.C residence proof. They will give your forms, fill it at CLSC and they will give you a temporary NO.....after 3 weeks CARD will be sent to your home via mail.
