说实话，我也没研究过。 不过，前两年，电视上讨论是否将打孩子列为犯罪， 我才知道原来在这儿不是不能动孩子的。 随后，听当地人说过，好像4-12岁可以打屁股，但必须穿着裤子的孩子才能打。 因为太小的孩子不懂你为啥打他，没有必要；太大的孩子，打了也没用。

反正我家是不会打孩子的，所以俺门也就没研究法律。 倒是俺家总开玩笑的。。。我很是不明白，为啥要打孩子，我就认为是以强欺弱。。。
