订的车到了，Dealer却反悔当初签订的价格，这种事应该找谁？（和dealer谈完了，画个句号）

去年年底买了车，和dealer谈好了价格，并且签署了Vechicle Purchase Agreement，这周末应该去提车了，今天dealer给我电话说，那个价格不卖了，必须加3000，要么就要cancel order。
请问这种问题我应该找什么机构？

Once the purchase agreement is signed (customer, sales agent, and dealer business manager), it cannot be changed/canceled without both sides' consent. You can simply tell them the purchase agreement is a legally-binding contract that they must honor.

As a joke, ask them to pay you $6000 as penalty for order cancellation if the sales person still pushes you on this.

感觉像卖你车的销售人员的个人行为。

具体是谁的行为我不知道，今天给我电话的是sales manager。就说这个价格我们得亏钱，不能卖。还一副很有理的样子“you're more than welcome to cancel the contract"。

谢谢提示，我已经联系了GM的customer service，讲述了事情的始末，GM让我给他们明天fax过去Agreement，他们说会联系Dealer。
不知道dealer和厂家是不是穿一条裤子的。

One of my friends had the same experience when she did shop a high end furniture.

She called the manager and was refused, then she told the manager her lawyer will send a letter to them. The store delivered her furniture in the next day.

讀過，裡面只提到了manufacture可以更改價格。沒有說dealer可以更改價格。
